Tendering and contracts

Most government and major private sector organisations in WA use a tender process to request information and prices to supply goods or services. Regardless of how good your products or services are, often the only way you can supply them is by winning a tender. Writing a winning tender submission means understanding the process and how submissions are evaluated.

If you are successful in winning a contract to provide goods or services, it’s equally important for you to understand and comply with the contract terms. Having a general awareness of common contractual terms and conditions will assist you in negotiating more effectively and avoiding any unfair terms.

Our tendering and contracting workshops provide practical advice on how to grow your business and protect your assets.

Please note: our workshops are open to small business owners in Western Australia only.
