Our Starting a Business workshop is an essential first step. It covers all the key topics from assessing your business idea, understanding if there really is a market for your product or service, making key financial decisions through to deciding whether you are really ready to ‘go it alone’.

Our other workshops take a more in-depth look at various aspects of running a business including how to write a business plan, supply chain management, safety management plans, developing operating systems, analysing data, leadership skills and employing staff.
